To all who are spiritually weary and seek rest;  to all who mourn and long for comfort;  to all who struggle and desire victory;  to all who are strangers and want fellowship;  to all who hunger and thirst for righteousness; and to whoever will come, this church opens wider her doors and offers her welcome in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, "See I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut" (Revelation 3:8).

 

Individuals desiring membership into the Family of First Presbyterian Church may be received in one of several ways:

bullet By Transfer of Membership
bullet As Associate Members

From Lakeland

Hwy. 98 to Bartow.  Continue south on U.S. 98 to Stanford Avenue.  Turn left on to Stanford.  Continue 3 blocks then left onto Florida Avenue.  The Church is on the Corner of Florida and Stanford.

From Mulberry

Hwy 37 S. to Hwy 60 E.  Turn left onto Hwy 60 E.  Continue to follow Hwy. 60 E.  Stay straight to go onto W. Main St. for .81 miles.  Turn right onto S Florida Avenue and continue 3 blocks to 355 S. Florida Ave.

From Winter Haven

US 17 S. to Main Street.  Turn right onto E. Main Street. Continue .72 miles to S. Florida Ave.  Turn left onto S. Florida Ave. and continue 3 blocks to 355 S. Florida Avenue.

From Fort Meade
