The Church Service Center provides basic needs and emergency services necessary to help individuals and families. Hours for the Center are 9 AM - 2 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; Wednesday from 9 AM - 12 Noon.

  Character Education

Through this organization, volunteers are allowed to enter elementary school classrooms to help develop moral character and civic virtue in our youth as one means of creating a more compassionate and responsible society.

    Angel Tree Christmas

There is so much joy that comes with sharing Christ's love with kids who have a mom or dad in prison.

Angel Tree Christmas gives churches an opportunity to share Christ's love by helping to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the families of prisoners. Participating in Angel Tree is a way to lovingly answer the biblical call to minister to the least of these. Our church makes an annual commitment to this highly rewarding program, and recognizes it as a way to care for some of the most overlooked members of our culture.

Angel Tree Christmas works by connecting parents in prison with their children through the delivery of Christmas gifts. In most cases, local church volunteers purchase and deliver gifts and the gospel to children in the name of their prisoner-parent.

Grace Diner

Every Thursday afternoon from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM our fellowship hall is transformed into Grace Diner, a fellowship dining opportunity for the needy of our community. Stop in and join us as we break bread together and lift up the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts

Boy Scout Troop #147 meets at First Presbyterian Church on Monday evenings at 6:30 PM.

Cub Scout Pack #147 meets at First Presbyterian Church on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 PM.

VPK means Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten for four year olds.  Our church's VPK is under the direction of Rose Henderson.  Mrs. Henderson is an excellent teacher and Christian example for our students.  Call the church office for registration information.
